It's not that the average woman's genitals are so accepting, after all: it's that the selectivity of the organ in question is driven by the woman's brain, and the enforcement of her parameters is up to that brain—and her hands, and her legs/feet, and her elbows, and her alarm system, and her car, and her .40 Glock.]
