Aw, there’s W again, with the smirk and the not-being-able-to-stand-still thing. Like AllahP, I wonder why Bill Clinton has ditched his usual partner-in-charity for W, but Bush-41 is getting on a bit, and I suspect this project is going to be punishing.

    I wouldn’t send money anywhere near Bill Clinton. Send it straight to the American Red Cross or one of the religious relief organizations; they tend to be more cost effective.
