Smitty is on Pennsylvania; the one I like to photograph is on Connecticut, along the long part of the “L” that represents The Only Part of D.C. I Really Know: Calvert and Connecticut (almost to DuPont Circle).

That’s the McClellan monument, if memory serves. Smitty was at the monument to “Hancock the Superb.”
