When are they unconstitutional?

Well I only read plain English (and a little Spanish and a tiny bit of Latin left over from High School) and so my reading of the Constitution is that ammo bans are always unconstitutional.

Then I’m writing this from my little study where I have my own very small scale ammo factory, a loading press and dies and components for every cartridge I shoot, plus a few I either used to own or somehow ended up with in complicated trades.

Puts me in mind of Chesterton….
I can’t remember specifics, but it was something like they required that all pubs have signs, then banned pub signs.
