It appears that in this case, there is one.
However, we should not extrapolate that most anti-circumcision advocates are antisemites, because although I disagree with them, I see a lot of high passion among those who regard the practice as unnatural, an unnecessary trauma for the child, and a potential handicap in terms of future sexual function. Most of these people are not antisemites.
But the cartoonist? Oh, yes. Oh, very yes.

I have absolutely no doubt that the proposed ban is anti-semitic. I have been hazed as a child due to having it myself. It is the sign of the Covenant and is done on purely religious grounds. And it does have health advantages, especially for those who spend a fair amount of time on the other side of the world in Service to The Republic.
I agree with you. That’s why I highlighted the section I did.
That law is unconstitutional. There is no way they can proved that the religious practice causes any great harm mental or physical.
The few wackos that say it does will be drowned out by the hundred million or so that disagree, in the US alone.
Women should refuse to be with anyone who isn’t.
Well, for aesthetic reasons, leaving aside the hygeine issue . . .
In my experience, two sorts of people are against circumcision: men who are trying to blame their feelings of sexual inadequacy on something other than themselves, and Jews who are ashamed of being Jews. I’ve been jeered at by a Brit for being circumcised, but that seemed to be more because circumcision is not as widely practiced in England as it is in the US, and not because I’m Jewish. And he was drunk, which doubtless had something to do with it, and his friends, who were also British, apologized for him.
There is a third category: people who fetishize what is “natural.” So the children of hippies are vulnerable to this belief system, and people who were brought up this way are thick on the ground in the (San Francisco) Bay Area.
And thick in the head.
