some of us just look up place names in Webster’s 10, and do whatever it says.
That doesn’t mean we like it, but I’ve sworn an oath to uphold the styles set forth by Webster’s, Words Into Type, and The Chicago Manual of Style. Buttressed by the style sheets of individual publications, and the hop-scotch preferences of magazine editors who cannot agree with each other and change their minds every day.
