Protest High Taxes and Propositions 1A-F!
VIP speakers will include:
— Victoria Jackson, comedienne and Saturday Night Live alum;
— Evan Sayet, political pundit and comedian who will serve as Master of Ceremonies;
— Andrew Breitbart, Washington Times columnist and creator of Big Hollywood and Breitbart TV;
— Larry Greenfield, Vice President of the Claremont Institute and former Regional Director of the Republican Jewish Coalition.
To kick off our “boots on the ground” campaign to defeat Proposition 1A-F, the Pasadena Patriots will host a fun anti-socialism protest on May Day, May 1, 2009 at 4:00 p.m., on the steps of the historic Pasadena City Hall.
The event will kick off with a rally at City Hall with VIP guest speakers including political leaders, renowned pundits and actual survivors of the socialist nightmare abroad. A traditional Russian folk band will perform and protesters are encouraged to bring clever but tasteful May Day themed anti-socialism signs.
There will also be a costume contest for protesters dressed as infamous communist dictators (i.e.Castro, Mao, Stalin, Chavez). The top fie lookalikes will receive VIP seating behind the podium for maximum media exposure.
Following the rally, a drum and fife band will lead protesters on a patriotic march through historic Old Town Pasadena, where participants will gather for a happy hour celebration at Brix 42 Pub & Brewery.
Why are we doing this?
Our immediate objective is simple:
DEFEAT PROPOSITIONS 1A-1F on May 19!
California is already fiscally and politically bankrupt. If passed, these propositions will only drive us further in the hole. When we win, politicians in both parties will know that Californians intend to retake control of state government. Like Proposition 13, it will send a shockwave throughout California, Washington, D.C., all of America and even the world.
MAY DAY! – MAY DAY!
We’re choosing May Day because that’s when despotic socialist countries like North Korea stage parades pretending to celebrate the worker and democracy. We need to take that day back. Choosing “Mayday” is also fitting because all pilots and mariners use this expression to signal distress and imminent danger. This is exactly where we are in California.
COMMUNITY RE-ORGANIZERS NEEDED NOW!
The radicals and agitators driving us into financial ruin—including at least one President—like to call themselves “Community Organizers.” Well, that makes anyone trying to fix this mess a “Community RE-Organizer.” If this describes you, then we need your help in putting Boots on the Ground. Tables will be set up at the rally enlisting recruits for our “NO ON 1A BOOT CAMP” which will begin with a phone bank and training on Saturday, May 2, and campaign tables at the Rose Bowl flea market on Sunday, May 3.

If you’ve been properly indoctrinated, Obama is the greatest President in US history. If your of traditional American moral values, our country is in a sorry state.
Proposition 1A through 1F of the propositions in the upcoming special election consider a NO vote, because it’s downright fraud. Remember you are paying for prison cells, education health care and other forced Federal mandates for illegal alien families. Since proposition 187 those people in Sacramento have stuck it to you. Welfare – $1.8 to $3 billion per year is lost due to fraud in the Food Stamps, Medi-Cal and Cal WORKS programs. Remove illegal immigrants and felons from Cal WORKS. More than 42 percent of California’s taxpayer-funded, Medi-Cal births are to illegal immigrant mothers. Every month, $37 million in welfare and food stamps, health care goes to illegal alien families in Los Angeles county. A blockbuster example of fraud is the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). Economics writer Ed Rubenstein’s new report, “The Earned Income Tax Credit and Illegal Immigration: A Study in Fraud, Abuse, and Liberal Activism,” The author says immigrants collected about $12 billion from the EITC last year, the majority not paying a cent towards it. Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation found high school-dropouts-who headed households pay an average of $9,700 a year in taxes but collect an average of $32,138 a year in benefits.
