Big Brother in Iran

The Wall Street Journal explains why the networks have slowed to a crawl in the People’s Irrepublic.
A more hopeful POV at the New York Times, which points out that at least Iran has a thriving community of bloggers, many of whom will be able to think of safe ways to route their messages.
This is, of course, as good a time as any to remind everyone to change their Twitter identities so that the are based in Tehran, and are set to Tehran’s time zone.
