“Why So Socialist?”

John Hawkins is tracking the viruslike spread of the Obamajoker poster throughout the country; apparently, the slogan is mutating a bit. I’ve made my favorite version clear, though Treacher has a few good ones as well.

I informed them that I had found what I believed to be Michelles panties under my back seat.
Asked if Idiot was a separate Race or just protected under the Americans with Disabilties Act.
Forwarded a number of spam emails.

Because “so” comes before “socialist,” the repetitiveness makes the phrase sound awkward. Maybe “Why so communist?” or “Why so liberal?” would sound better?

But I think simply quoting straight, such as, “Do I look like a man with a plan?” would work better.

The allusion is the joker’s “why so serious?” though Treacher’s “why so spurious?” is probably the best take-off on that.

How about the scene where the Joker and his thugs pour gas on a big pile of money and burn it? That seems like a good illustration of what Obama is doing to America’s wealth.
