Breitbart is talking about the effect the “#Weinergate” scandal had on his family life, and his concerns that the journalists–such as Joan Walsh–who lied about him outright will never be called to account for their actions.

“last call” = last opportunity to order booze. In civilized places, they give you a chance to finish your drink in a relaxed manner.
In others, the bouncer comes around yelling that you need to leave right at 2am. Even if they sold you that item 10 minutes earlier.
