I firmly believe that Obama not only knew of “Fast and Furious” but his was the ultimate authorization to conduct the operation.
Carney is like is a puppet and will lie, cheat and steal as his boss and the handlers direct him.
Just my view, that is all.
The smirky “been working on gun control quietly” thing makes me think yes, he knew about it.
It doesn’t matter. If he knew he was complicit, if he didn’t know, incompetent. Either way he was the boss.
