Even the bitty little teacup-size ones. I hovered a bit while she interacted with the tiny ones, but she was very gentle and ladylike. She has grown past her teenaged need to show her dominance, thank goodness.
She has also learned the most important lesson of a medium-large dog—particularly one that likes to fetch, and has . . . strong jaws: it is more fun to chase after tennis balls than after other doggies.
We always say that she’s part Labrador, which is not 100% true. But she sure fetches like one.
And now: a good book and an early bedtime. I am trying to talk myself into doing a load of laundry tonight, but the smart money is on my navy blue leather recliner and a glass of orange juice.

You have a navy blue leather recliner?
Yes. Scandinavian in design. Of dimensions appropriate to a small person. Has its own matching ottoman. Trimmed with unstained wood.
My mother has one just like it, but the leather is earth-toned, and the wood is dark. Mine is much better.
