(Actually, this is merely a bookmark post—and it’s here because I wanted to point out how hilarious Dan was in the link above. But as for Cassie’s remarks, as usual they require more thought. I do, after all, have opinions on how blogging is affecting language [in a very negative way, I fear], and political discourse [in a positive fashion, I believe, despite the flame wars one witnesses]. But tonight I have to watch an episode of Banacek (have to), and (no shit) iron a shirt for my husband, unless I can find a way to put that off for 24 hours. So remind me if you don’t see something on the evolution of language, famous diarists, and political discourse in the next week or so.
And . . . does anyone know what that large, interesting circular geometric public square is in the opener for the second-season Banacek episodes? It’s driving me nuts, and I can’t even find it on You Tube to send to my Boston expert for analysis. It’s . . . pretty.)
