Edroso is not a horrible writer as far as phrasing is concerned, but he cannot actually read. No, I mean it: most of his citations are out of context, and he has no facility for detecting nuance. So he mischaracterizes everyone, and the mischaracterizations become greater and greater as one moves away from positions that he might actually agree with. But what a lot of lefties like is oversimplificaton as a main course, and a bit of snark on the side; Edroso serves that right up, so I believe he’ll always have a job.
