He’s a busy guy. I know he said he’d close Gitmo within a year, but he didn’t know he’d have to give parties so large that they would have to erect tents on the White House lawn to accommodate all the guests, or that he’s have to take a trip to Asia in order to . . . um, go to Asia, or that he’d have to shut down large swaths of Manhattan in order to go there on a date with his wife, or that it would be up to him to serve beer to cops & profs from Cambridge.
