What I Was Doing Instead of Reaganpalooza on Saturday Night.
by Little Miss Attila on February 23, 2010
Dinner with the Bank of Kev crowd:
Kevin McKeever, the man of the hour.
Andrew Ian Dodge and his charming wife, Kim.
Tania Gail, whose virtual birthday it was that night.
The Bank of Kev crowd is all about big balls—and correspondingly exuberent ovaries.
Doug Welch, my partner in classic-rock crime.
Andrew Ian Dodge attacks a piece of chocolate cake with Devilish glee.
Gay Patriot, right, with the First Dude of the Gayconosphere.
Ms. Dodge, looking fierce by special request. Look out, conservative establishment!
Our Fearless Leader.
And why did I have no interest in attending the big bash that night? One image from Friday evening, circa midnight, should be worth a thousand words:
Too little sleep; too many gin and tonics.
As on Thursday evening, I skipped the main party on Saturday, and was thrilled to be having dinner someplace where I could actually hear the conversations going on around me.

I know I’ve seen that hat somewhere before…..
It’s your imagination.
