Who Penned This?

I came across a partial printout from September or October of 9/11, from a column addressed to the 9/11 attackers: “You have no idea what you have started, here. But you are about to find out.”

Anyone have time to track down who wrote it? I had this on the door to my office at Cond? Nast in late 2001 and early 2002, but I’m having trouble remembering who it was who actually wrote it.
