PBS Plans Christmas with Bill Ayers
BOSTON, MA – WGBH intends to broadcast a holiday special starring former terrorist William Ayers this month. The special, described by one source as “like spending the holiday being scolded by a scary man,” initially seemed doomed. “The show was four hours long,” said PBS spokesperson Tara Logan-Taylor. “And Professor Ayers wanted it shown without breaks.” PBS balked, but at the last moment “it became financially possible, thanks to a grant from the Chubb Foundation.”Filmed in Chicago, one Christmas party segment featured Ayers yelling through a megaphone at second graders for their “toy lust and greed when kids all over the world are being blown apart by a kill-crazed U.S. war machine.” Another segment showed Ayers, dressed as Santa Claus, handing youngsters gifts from Cuba: rope sandals (all in Men’s size 9) and a coloring book describing how to inform on your parents.
It sounds charming; I hope they do one ever year. Three cheers for the Chubb Foundation!

You must be kidding. This is an April Fool joke, right?
go to hell
I could find no reference to any such program at either the WGBH or PBS websites. I think this is phony. How about providing a link to show this program actually exists?
Very well done!
Please provide the source of this information. I have contacted WGBH of Boston and await their response. I’m a long time viewer of WGBH, this would be a game changer, I have told them so.
Is it April Fools Day again?
It is a hoax. I wish it weren’t because the only hope we have to kick the socialist out is for the left to make such obnoxious asses out of themselves the voters get a clue.
Author of article admits it is a humorous piece and not real (see comment at: http://interestingni.blogspot.com/)
There is a point where reality and absurdity reach congruence, and PBS providing Ayres a stage to share this Christmas message nears the realm of reality.
There is a skepticism out there in this country that wounds me to the core: a nasty, cynical degradation of what used to be an idealistic nation.
I think I shall pour some extra vodka into my mango juice– to dull the pain of living in this deeply cynical United States.
A NEWS DESK REPORTED IT! THEREFORE, IT IS TRUE? Ask Ms. Mapes, for crying out loud.
