Unfortunately, this is not that. The blogosphere remains depressingly merit-based.
* With apologies to Mr. Elvis Costello, who has a new television show I should try to remember to watch at some point if I can find the television, remember how to use it, keep track of the time something juicy will be on, and just generally behave responsibly toward that perfectly nice black box with a screen on it—with which I simply cannot seem to develop a healthy relationship.
Fortunately, this should improve soon: I’ll be in relationship counseling with the TV soon, and we’ll be working on our communication issues.
