Time for a New Playlist.

by Little Miss Attila on February 13, 2009

I extracted a handful of the numbers that featured badass bass and drums, and they reside in a folder marked “Rock Hard.” (Whaaaat?)

Now I need to compile the playlist called “Night Night.”

Thoughts?

Silence. Barring that, non-threatening, familiar and expected sounds.

I always used music to elevate my mood, to get me to feel and remember specific moments in my life. And none of that is conducive to or with sleeping.
Voices? Something I must attend to.

This might work though—

What I really need is to put together a playlist of classical music–tone poems in particular. That works, provided I’m also taking lots of ambien . . . .

Days of Future Passed (the Moody Blues’ second album (yes, there was an album before that)), Pachelbel’s Canon in D.

Good thinking on the Moody Blues. And King Crimson, now that I think of it.

Are you familiar with Pandora Music? I’ve put together a Pandora radio station that features my favorite soft soothing sounds for relaxation here: Paradise Radio. You might find some stuff that you can then work into your own custom station.
