My favorites, when I can’t afford Stoli: Tanqueray Sterling, often on sale at pretty reasonable prices, and St. Petersberg Russian Standard vodka—just as good as Stoli, but a few dollars less. (Though at my local Ralph’s they tend to hide it behind special “store displays” of this-n-that; one has to look for it.)
