Louisiana – Mary Landrieu
Missouri – Claire McCaskill
Montana – Max Baucus
Montana – Jon Tester
Nebraska – Ben Nelson
North Dakota – Kent Conrad
North Dakota – Byron Dorgan
South Dakota – Tim Johnson
West Virginia – Robert Byrd
West Virginia – Jay Rockefeller
Those who are most likely to vote against its final passage between the holidays are of course Blanche Lincoln of AR, Mary Landrieu of LA, Ben Nelson of NE—and Indie/Dem Senator Lieberman. Indiana’s Bayh is also skeptical.
I don’t give Reid, et al. more than a 50-50 chance of pulling this off at that point. Probably less.
