Iceberg Lettuce

. . . is back, Baby.

What’s new is that you can stir-fry it, too. That is, normal people will stir-fry it and serve it over rice—while people like me sauté it a bit and add it to soups, stews, omelets, and scrambles.

Frank of America always uses the wilted lettuces left over from last night’s supper in today’s omelet. It isn’t a bad idea at all.
