It’s nice to know Obama can put a no fly zone over Israel whenever he wants.

That would force the fringe right Israelis to abandon the land they’ve stolen rather promptly.

I think Obama will wait until the U.N. declares Palestine a country before committing the U.S. military to guiding the fringe right Israelis towards proper behavior.

Except that the Mexican war was declared by Mexico and ended with a peace treaty with Mexico acquiescing in the treaty to the losses it suffered, while the 6-day war was started by an undeclared Israeli attack and has been ended with a peace treaty only by Egypt, so there really is no comparison.

Of course, to those who want to revise the 1949/1967 border, where would the new border be, and would there be any Palestinian state in the West Bank at all (its obvious Israel wants nothing to do with 1.5 million Arabs in Gaza), or would the whole territory be annexed?
